I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at Kyoto U-Bell Hotel. The spacious room had a large desk and a stunning view of Kyoto Tower, which looked magical at night. Breakfast was an absolute delight, featuring a variety of delicious Japanese staples each morning.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The breakfast was truly fantastic with a marvelous variety each morning, and the onsen was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring! While the USB outlet near the bed didn't work, I never ran out of sockets, so it barely affected my stay. I'd definitely come back!

Running late at check-in, along with overlooked cleaning on arrival!!! Curtains don't block light well, which can disrupt sleep preferences!!! A further distance from busier areas may require long walks!!!

My stay was fantastic! The room was huge with a long desk and a big window overlooking Kyoto Tower, which looked stunning at night. The onsen was a lovely bonus, and I enjoyed the amazing breakfast that included delicious Japanese staples. The location was very walkable, close to transport options, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my week-long stay.

One USB port didn't work.

The room was clean, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the public bath offered a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. However, light-blocking curtains were inadequate, which disrupted sleep, and the distance to popular areas required longer walks than expected.

Highly Recommend for Solo Travelers

The staff was very nice, and it felt peaceful,, which was perfect for me. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the free green tea and coffee at the reception every day.

It wasn’t cheap, but it’s fine considering all the amenities provided.
